Job Description Summary
Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Advises top leadership of ongoing execution of comprehensive market access strategies and performance against key department goals.
Contributes to the body of knowledge of the organization's best practices to develop and produce successful go-to-market health economics market access deliverables. Identifies new methods of data-driven and researched insights to leaders and staff members on economic studies. Leads the industry in the design and implementation of health research studies and evaluates value of products based on analysis and customer requirements.
Reviews comprehensive patient feedback, in terms of market access data and clinical development plans, to ensure they fully represent the access needs of the global marketplace.
Serves as a developing subject matter expert and advocates for the deliverables necessary to measure market access area results and achievements.
Develops expertise of the clinical and market access drivers unique to science-based initiatives and goals and works to drive advances to externally influence market access success and company brand recognition.
Analyzes key market intelligence to stay up to date with scientific developments and integrate leading-edge techniques and analysis, contributing to a leading company value proposition.
Constructs a baseline of industry knowledge of broad patient perspectives relative to medical needs and requirements and recommends strategies to support the patient voice and satisfaction.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to drive market access strategies, optimize the affordability and accessibility of our products in a timely and
sustainable manner for patients in HK and Macau. This role is also to implement policy shaping initiatives to create a favorable environment
for access.
• Develop and implement market access strategies and tactics to maximize access to our products.
• Develop and optimize value proposition for our products, devise pricing strategy and provide advice on pricing to Business Units.
• Lead and drive drug formulary listing of our products.
• Utilize health economic data, outcome research data and clinical evidence where necessary.
• Provide advice on product registration submissions from market access perspective.
• Build strong, sustainable, and strategic relationships with healthcare related government bodies, health agents, patient advocacy groups,
and NGOs etc. who may have influential power to market access.
• Monitor for market access relevant market dynamics, competitive landscape and policy environment to inform market access strategies and
tactics.
• Maintain collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders to deliver timely market access for our products.
• Manages budget and oversight of vendor activities.
• Maintain workflows and trackers to uphold operation excellence.
• Collaborate with HCC, Legal and Privacy teams to provide solutions surrounding legal liability and compliance with government, HCPs and
patients.
• Comply with integrity and company compliance standards.
Minimum Qualification
• University / bachelor’s degree or above
• 2+ years of Market Access or Marketing experience in the healthcare sector. Less experience will be considered
for the Associate Manager role, and more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager role.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Other requirements
• Good understanding of local healthcare environment, drug formulary listing processes.
• Knowledge of health economics, market & outcome research, regulatory environment and public health are an advantage.
