Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Guide team members in reaching sales and market share goals.
- Plan and execute field marketing and customer engagement activities.
- Organize and promote professional education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and gather market insights.
- Manage contracts and tenders effectively.
- Oversee territory assignments and ensure operations stay within budget.
- Coordinate with logistics and product teams to ensure product availability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience managing sales teams in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and deadlines.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Skilled in sales planning, client relationship building, and presentations.
- Must have a valid Malaysian driving license and own a car.
- Willing to travel frequently (over 75% travel required).

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
