Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs, including the HAWK Transition Project.
 - Oversee strategic planning and tactical execution of project and program management frameworks.
 - Serve as the primary contact for client and team inquiries, including cross-functional coordination.
 - Ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks in alignment with TSA and TMA agreements.
 - Communicate effectively with Integra R&D and resolve cross-disciplinary issues (IT, Facilities, onboarding).
 - Gather and manage project data, including responses to RFIs (Requests for Information).
 - Monitor daily support activities provided by Operations and Calibrations teams (production, service, subcontractors).
 - Collaborate with Finance to manage PR approvals and monitor transactions.
 - Prepare and lead weekly meetings with J&J TMO and Deloitte.
 - Organize and facilitate monthly TMA meetings with Integra, including data collection from J&J SMEs and presentation updates.
 - Develop evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
 - Conduct advanced risk-benefit analyses and advise management on critical decision-making.
 - Formulate and refine policies and processes to drive continuous improvement in program operations.
 - Generate productivity and performance reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
 - Mentor junior colleagues and provide functional (matrix) supervision.
 - Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects and transitions.
 - Deep expertise in project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
 - Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.
 - Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines without direct authority.
 - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
 - Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
 - Strong knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
 - Familiarity with TRUDI processes and their application in operational and strategic program management is a strong advantage.
 - Experience working with TSA/TMA agreements and managing related timelines and deliverables.
 - Ability to manage financial processes related to procurement and production support.
