We are searching for the best talent for a NPI Project Manager role for our OPS SW products Team in our Yokneam site.
The NPI Operation project manager (OPM) is responsible for leading projects and products from R&D stage for mass production in JnJ MedTech HTC site.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and execution of multi-projects:
- Create and execute project plans covering requirements, resources, timelines, quality, and budget
- Ensure projects meet quality, schedule and budget targets
- Manage risks, lead status meetings and present project updates
- Lead transfer-to-production activities and define production process requirements
- Manage prototype manufacturing, validation reporting and documentation
- Define and support supplier production line setup and ramp-up
- Collaborate with JnJ Medtech affiliates worldwide
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in engineering with R&D → mass production experience
- Experience with subcontractors and production ramp-up (electro-mechanical; medical device preferred)
- Hands-on experience with design transfer / new product introduction
- Strong documentation and validation report writing skills
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes; mechanical/electrical design preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
