We are searching for the best talent for a Operations Project Manager role for our Yokneam site.
About the role:
Project management of all Testers & Calibration systems projects - development of new Testers & Calibration systems, upgrades, modifications, and new features.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements; motivating the project team; working with all HTC departments, as well as with external suppliers; managing the resources assigned to the project; and delivery of quality products.
Ensures that the projects execute appropriately (quality and time), from the planning stage until ECO is released.
This position is responsible for:
Planning and execution of multi-projects
- Understands the projects requirements from the different sources
- Prioritize projects resources according to input from upper management
- Build and manages projects plans
- Manages projects risks and mitigation
- Ensures that the projects execute appropriately (quality and time)
- Creating ECOs and supporting all stages
- Leading project teams / core teams
Suppliers management
- Build commercial relations with Tester & Calibration systems suppliers
- Supporting subcontractors in terms of time and task management, prioritization, and meeting goals
- Build agreements, contracts, SOWs and POs to support development of Testers and Calibration systems activities.
Testers & Calibration systems department Representation
- Representative in the Core Team of the various platforms
- Collaboration with other OPMs in the Eng. Team and PMs in R&D Teams
- Presents projects updates at PERs and reviews
General
- Communicates business related issues and opportunities to next management level
- Follows all Company guidelines related to Environment, Health & Safety practices
- Ensures personal and Company compliance with Company policies and applicable laws
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
- BSc in Eng. Field – a must
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager - a must
- 3 years' experience in R&D roles – a big advantage
- Experience in a Medical device company is an advantage
- Good understanding of complicated multidisciplinary systems
- Business understanding and wide systemic view
- Problem Solving & Decision-making skills
- Good communication skills – verbal and writing
- Self-motivated and project-oriented, whether independently or with a team
- Good interpersonal relations
