We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Technical Communicator role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.
This position is:
- Documenting products and research projects
- Interviewing SMEs
- Authoring and editing in pure XML/Word and creating PDFs
- Managing document release through the company’s PLM
- Supporting HTC departments and managers in other technical communication tasks including writing and editing procedures, presentations, Posters and documents.
- Maintaining company templates
- General:
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of Technical Writing experience – a must
- Technical communication certification, for Intern class enrolment before certification is sufficient
- Academic degree(s) – preferred
- Background in relevant medical/biomedical organization – an advantage
- Experience working in a highly regulated field and familiarity with regulatory requirements– an advantage.
- Documenting complex hardware and software concepts and procedures for different types of users – not required for an intern.
- Experience writing structured documentation.
- Good communication and interview skills
- Ability to easily adapt to rapidly changing requirements
- Ability to successfully work on multiple projects, simultaneously
- Ability to work well, both independently and as part of a team
