We are searching for the best talent for HTC Communication Lead to be in Yokneam.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HTC Communication Lead to own, shape, and drive all internal communication activities for the Haifa Technology Center (HTC). This role is responsible for delivering clear, timely, and impactful communication that supports employee engagement, site culture, leadership visibility, and strategic alignment with the global EP MedTech communication team.

The HTC Communication Lead will work closely with site leadership and cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate, consistent, and professional communication across the organization. This position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on content creation and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Lead transparent, timely, and effective communication to support employee engagement and organizational alignment.
  • Manage all HTC communication channels, including newsletters, announcements, digital screens, intranet (EverySense), and cross‑site messaging.
  • Support communication for employee programs, ERGs, engagement initiatives, and HTC site activities.
  • Partner with HTC functions to support internal initiatives and change‑management communication.
  • Develop and maintain a site communication strategy promoting a strong CREDO‑based culture.
  • Strengthen leadership visibility through tailored communication strategies, messaging, talking points, and presentations.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, HR, Supply Chain, Q&R, Site Operations, and other functions to ensure unified, aligned communication.
  • Support operational announcements and sitewide updates with accuracy and clarity.
  • Align local communication efforts with EP MedTech global communication priorities.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with J&J communication, branding, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Perform additional communication and leadership‑support activities as required.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.

Languages

  • Full fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).

Professional Experience

  • 5–6 years of progressive experience in communications.
  • Experience working in both strategic and hands‑on communication roles.
  • Strong background working with digital platforms: websites, intranet systems, CMS tools, analytics dashboards, digital screens, newsletters, etc.
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret communication performance data and engagement metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in multi‑format content creation (written, visual, digital).
  • Strong collaboration record with cross‑functional teams (R&D, HR, SC, Q&R, Operations, leadership).
  • Strong project‑management capabilities in fast‑paced environments.
  • High level of independence, ownership, and attention to detail.

Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex scientific or technical messages.
  • Strong project‑management skills: planning, prioritization, timeline management, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with digital communication tools, CMS platforms, intranet systems, analytics dashboards, and content creation.
  • Ability to independently create and maintain content across multiple formats (web, newsletters, digital screens, social media, presentations).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Communications Lead to drive internal communications and employee engagement at our Yokneam site. This role is responsible for shaping clear, consistent, and impactful communication that supports day‑to‑day operations, leadership visibility, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic site priorities.

The Site Communications Lead works closely with site leadership and cross‑functional teams, while ensuring full alignment with global EP MedTech communication strategies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Lead transparent, timely, and engaging internal communications across the site.
  • Own and manage site communication channels, including newsletters, internal announcements, digital screens, internal portals, and cross‑site messaging.
  • Support employee engagement programs, ERGs, culture initiatives, and local employer branding activities.
  • Deliver communication support for change initiatives, operational updates, and site‑wide announcements.

Leadership & Executive Communications

  • Strengthen leadership visibility through focused internal communication strategies.
  • Develop leadership messaging, presentations, talking points, and written materials for internal and external use.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with HR, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, IT, Facilities, and EHS to ensure aligned and coordinated messaging.
  • Collaborate with global EP MedTech Communications teams to align messaging, priorities, and execution at the site level.

Governance & Quality

  • Ensure all communication activities comply with corporate branding, communication, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 5–6 years of experience in communications, internal communications, or employee engagement roles.
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.

Languages

  • Fluency in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.

Digital & Analytical Skills
