We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager, Data Partnerships & Governance to be in our Yokneam site
The Senior Manager, Data Partnerships & Governance will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s ability to leverage high-quality, ethically sourced data for AI model development. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with hospitals, research institutions, companies, and other relevant stakeholders to secure data access. The position will also oversee data collection from our medical devices, ensuring that all legal, regulatory, and ethical frameworks are in place to support AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Partnerships & Acquisition
- Identify, negotiate, and establish agreements with hospitals, research organizations, and other healthcare entities for data sharing to support AI development.
- Secure access to relevant datasets from third-party companies and industry partners.
- Maintain a network of strategic collaborators in the medical and research sector.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all data acquisition and usage complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, local health data regulations).
- Collaborate with legal teams to structure agreements and contracts that protect patient privacy and align with company policies.
- Develop and maintain policies around data governance, retention, and usage for AI modeling.
Device Data Oversight
- Oversee data collected through the company’s medical devices, ensuring proper consent and legal infrastructure is in place.
- Align device data collection processes with AI research requirements while safeguarding patient rights.
Strategy & Integration
- Support R&D and AI teams by ensuring acquisition and delivery of relevant, high-quality datasets for model training and validation.
- Work closely with legal, and AI research leadership to prioritize data needs and acquisition strategies.
- Monitor emerging trends in healthcare data sourcing, AI ethics, and medical device regulations to inform strategy.
- Requirements:
- Education – at least BSc in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Physics. MBA – an advantage
- 10+ years of experience in creating partnerships
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex data-sharing agreements.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders (business partners, researchers, corporate partners).
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning requirements for dataset quality and usability.
- Advantage:
- Understanding of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, regional laws).
