About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Facilities and Services Manager to lead all facilities, infrastructure, and site services operations at the Haifa Technology Center (HTC).
In this highly visible leadership role, you will ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective site operations, while continually improving services and supporting a world‑class workplace environment for our employees.
You will manage a broad scope of responsibilities, including facilities operations, infrastructure, maintenance, space planning, construction, equipment, catering and cafeteria services, security operations, and front‑of‑house services.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities, Infrastructure, and Services Operations
- Lead and manage all HTC facilities and site services, including infrastructure operations, space planning, general and preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, reception, catering, cafeteria services, and additional soft services.
- Ensure high standards of service quality, safety, reliability, and positive employee experience across all services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization while maintaining operational excellence.
Security and Compliance
- Oversee site physical security operations in alignment with Corporate Security, EHS, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and security standards across all site activities.
Assets, Real Estate, and Space Management
- Manage infrastructure and equipment maintenance programs, including annual asset tracking.
- Oversee short‑ and long‑term real estate planning, space utilization, and site occupancy needs.
- Lead the site’s car leasing program.
Vendor Management, Budget Ownership, and Projects
- Manage and continuously optimize the Facilities & Services supplier base, including IFM, construction, real estate, and car leasing vendors.
- Own and manage operational and capital budgets in alignment with J&J financial policies and approval cycles.
- Lead construction projects and site modifications, including CAR‑initiated projects in collaboration with corporate teams.
Leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Site Facilities and Services team.
- Ensure team compliance with Company policies related to Health, Safety, Environmental, and security practices.
- Ensure organizational and individual compliance with all relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in facilities management, construction, project management, and/or soft services management.
Language Skills
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.

Technical & Operational Skills
- Proven experience in managing facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, construction, and site services operations.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and risk management for multiple concurrent initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders (Finance, R&D, HR, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory, Site Operations, and Site Leadership).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
Strategic & Execution Capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, independence, and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt within a fast‑paced, innovation-driven environment.
