We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Lead position to act as a functional lead within the Testers & Calibration group, for our Yokneam site.
This role includes functional leadership and limited people management responsibility, with a primary emphasis on cross-project coordination, integrated planning, and portfolio-level oversight of multiple projects operating in parallel.
The PM Lead enables consistency, transparency, and execution discipline across projects, and leads a planning-oriented function that supports long-term capacity, readiness, and operational alignment in a complex, regulated environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Portfolio Master Planning & Governance
- Own and maintain the departmental master plan across all projects, product versions, and NPIs
- Prioritize resources in alignment with leadership direction
- Ensure portfolio delivery meets quality, timeline, and cost objectives
2. NPI Commercialization & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Consolidate requirements from R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering, Regulatory, Service, and external partners into an integrated operational roadmap
- Lead readiness from requirements through implementation and ECO release
3. Execution & Risk Management
- Drive structured execution across the portfolio
- Define and track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring governance adherence
4. Enterprise Stakeholder Leadership
- Serve as the primary operational interface across development teams, Global Supply Chain, affiliates, and other enterprise entities
- Ensure cross-functional transparency, alignment, and decision support
5. PM & Supply Chain Functions Management
6. Supply Chain & Operational Integration
- Integrate material, capacity, and long-term resource planning into project execution
- Oversee ERP master data and production performance tracking
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, QA, Warehouse, and Shipping
- Lead financial management for projects and supply chain: own OPEX and CAPEX planning, forecasting, tracking
7. Supplier & Contract Manufacturer Oversight
- Manage commercial relationships with Tester & Calibration system suppliers
- Oversee contract manufacturers’ production and supply performance
8. Department Representation & Reporting
- Collaborate with peer OPMs and R&D PMs across engineering teams
- Present portfolio updates in governance forums and executive reviews
General
- Communicates business related issues and opportunities to next management level
- Follows all Company guidelines related to Environment, Health & Safety practices
- Ensures personal and Company compliance with Company policies and applicable laws
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*
- BSc in Eng. Field – must have
- PMP Certificate as an advantage
- At least 2 years of project manager experience
- At least 2 years of R&D/SC positions experience
- Experience in a Medical device company as an advantage
