We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager on our Hematology portfolio in Estonia:
Role Purpose
The Medical Affairs Manager provides medical and scientific leadership in a designated therapeutic area, contributing to the development and execution of Medical Affairs strategies aligned with company objectives and working with cross-functional teams. The role acts as a trusted scientific partner to internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals, supporting evidence generation, medical education, and compliant scientific exchange across the Baltics.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Medical Affairs Plan aligned with company and therapeutic area goals
Act as a scientific expert and trusted partner for Leading Specialists and key stakeholders
Drive evidence generation activities
Design and deliver Medical Education activities and Advisory Boards
Provide scientific support to cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access
Monitor scientific trends and translate insights into strategic input
Ensure full compliance with EFPIA, Local laws and regulations and other internal procedures and requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or another Life Science discipline
Strong scientific expertise and experience in Medical Affairs or a related role
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently in a cross‑functional, matrix environment
High ethical standards and strong collaboration and influencing skills
