We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager on our Hematology portfolio in Estonia:

Role Purpose

The Medical Affairs Manager provides medical and scientific leadership in a designated therapeutic area, contributing to the development and execution of Medical Affairs strategies aligned with company objectives and working with cross-functional teams. The role acts as a trusted scientific partner to internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals, supporting evidence generation, medical education, and compliant scientific exchange across the Baltics.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Medical Affairs Plan aligned with company and therapeutic area goals

  • Act as a scientific expert and trusted partner for Leading Specialists and key stakeholders

  • Drive evidence generation activities

  • Design and deliver Medical Education activities and Advisory Boards

  • Provide scientific support to cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access

  • Monitor scientific trends and translate insights into strategic input

  • Ensure full compliance with EFPIA, Local laws and regulations and other internal procedures and requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or another Life Science discipline

  • Strong scientific expertise and experience in Medical Affairs or a related role

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to work independently in a cross‑functional, matrix environment

  • High ethical standards and strong collaboration and influencing skills
