Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and mature Head of Product to lead a growing team of product professionals. You will own the full product lifecycle—from market research and ideation to delivery and iteration—ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of global enterprise customers. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and evolve the product vision, aligning with company strategy, market shifts, and customer needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities through deep market and user research.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.

Execution & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team across Israel and the US.
  • Prioritize a roadmap that balances innovation, scalability, and speed to market.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Customer-Centric Approach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Continuously gather feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.
  • Ensure user experience and product design align with enterprise expectations.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Set and measure product KPIs to guide development and improvement.
  • Leverage analytics to inform decisions and prioritize features effectively.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in a senior or head role.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS with a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to work globally and lead across cultures.
  • Deep familiarity with data platforms, AI, machine learning, or martech/adtech.
  • Strong technical understanding—you can converse easily with engineers and data scientists.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of ownership, maturity, and a “get-things-done” startup mentality.
