Solution & Technical Architect – Salesforce AI

We are looking for a skilled Solution & Technical Architect to design and implement AI-driven solutions within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build AI agents using Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flows, and Apex

Enhance Salesforce automations with AI capabilities

Lead QA to ensure reliable and ethical AI behavior

Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems

Requirements:

Proven Salesforce experience (Admin / Developer / Architect)

Hands-on experience with AI (LLMs / RAG / Prompt Engineering) OR Agentforce (mandatory one of them)

Experience with Data Cloud – advantage

Experience with Apex, Flows, SQL, and integrations
