Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager to join a large and leading organization, taking part in shaping the future of development within the company.

- Developer Workspace & IDP - the central developer platform and workspace
- Dev COE - defining standards, driving technological governance, improving SDLC, and leading R&D innovation
- GenAI Lab - exploring and implementing advanced AI technologies

Role Overview:
This role focuses on leading product strategy and execution across core development domains, working closely with Tech Leads across different areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end ownership of the IDP - including Roadmap, Backlog, and Delivery
- Leading the transition from in-house solutions to Open Source-based platforms
- Integrating Dev COE standards and GenAI capabilities as an integral part of the IDP
- Driving Product Discovery with development teams and improving Developer Experience - DevEx
- Aligning and prioritizing work plans across platform, standardization, and innovation streams
- Working closely with leadership and driving transformation in development practices
Goal:
Transform the IDP into a One Stop Shop for developers, combining governance, tools, and innovation in a single platform.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in platform or infrastructure products
- Proven experience working with or for development teams - Internal Tools or IDP - mandatory
- Strong technical background - software development or technical product management
- Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, cloud environments, and modern development practices
- Strong system thinking and ability to connect infrastructure, development methodologies, and AI
- Proven ability to lead and drive processes in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Management experience - advantage
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace - advantage
