About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Service Desk Technician to join our IT Support team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive hardware and software technical support to our users, while gaining a unique opportunity to lead and troubleshoot AI-powered productivity tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing hardware and software support for Windows, Mac, Office 365, and various SaaS platforms.
  • AI Tools Administration: Support and troubleshoot AI-powered enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Notion AI) — including user onboarding, license management, and access control.
  • Identity & Access Management: Administer user permissions and access via Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and SaaS app provisioning (SSO, SCIM).
  • Workstation Deployment: Install, configure, and set up Windows and Mac machines for new employees, including peripherals and workstation deployment.
  • Network & Multimedia: Set up network endpoints, basic troubleshooting, and provide technical support for video conferencing systems (Zoom, Cisco, Teams).
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Desk / PC Technician in a global company – Must.
  • Fluent English, strong communication skills, and customer service orientation – Must.
  • Proven experience with Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory – Must.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Salesforce, Slack, Jira) – Must.
  • Basic understanding of AI productivity tools and willingness to become an internal power user – Must.
Your Advantages (Nice to have)
  • Experience with MacOS and PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Omnissa, Intune).
  • Hands-on experience with SSO/SCIM provisioning.
