Backend Team Lead
Malam Team
We are looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead to join a large and complex software project built on modern cloud-native architecture using microservices and containers.
In this role, you will lead a team of backend developers while remaining hands-on, responsible for designing and developing .NET Core-based services and APIs, ensuring high code quality, and driving integration across services. You will work closely with architecture, DevOps, frontend, system engineering, and security teams to deliver scalable and high-performance backend solutions.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Backend development experience in complex systems
• 2+ years of experience leading a development team
• Strong experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web APIs
• Experience working with Microservices architecture, Containers, and SQL databases
