Front-End Team Lead - Migdalor Project
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Front-End Team Lead with a strong focus on UI/UX to lead the Front-End development efforts for our complex, multi-system Migdalor project. This project involves developing advanced systems, hybrid cloud environments (On-Prem & Public Cloud), Kubernetes, Microservices, communication infrastructure, and information security.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a Front-End development team, both professionally and managerially.
- Full responsibility for Front-End planning, architecture, user experience, and technological standards.
- Collaborating closely with Backend, Architecture, Systems Analysis, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Leading the definition of a unified design language, performance optimization, security, and scalability of application interfaces.
- Developing and maintaining enterprise systems based on SPA architecture, including Native Mobile applications.
- Implementing a modular UI architecture using a Micro-Frontend (MFE) approach.
- Working with Microservices-based systems.
- Implementing client-side authorization and authentication mechanisms.
