Salesforce Administrator - Exciting Opportunity!
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. You will be responsible for the ongoing administration and optimization of our multi-user Salesforce systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and operate Salesforce systems on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, product managers, and external development vendors.
- Manage users, profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchy.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, Page Layouts, and Record Types.
- Define Validation Rules, Flows (Admin level), and Approval Processes.
- Manage Reports & Dashboards.
- Manage data (import, export, cleansing, and quality control).
- Provide Tier 1–2 support to internal users and troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with business units and development vendors.
- Work with Sandboxes (Dev / Test / UAT / Prod).
- Assist with change control and version releases.
- Manage permissions and adhere to information security policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Practical experience with Users / Profiles / Permission Sets.
- Hands-on experience with Flows (Screen and Record-Triggered).
- Experience with Reports & Dashboards.
- Experience working with Sandboxes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud is a significant plus
