Malam Team, a leading integration company, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Account Executive to join our team in a strategic and high-impact role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex sales processes and work with some of the top enterprise organizations in the defense sector.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for infrastructure, communication, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Work closely with leading enterprise clients, primarily within the defense sector
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close complex deals
  • Develop and expand business activity with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
  • Manage large-scale tenders and projects
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets and sales objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in infrastructure, communication, or cybersecurity domains
  • Proven experience in complex sales processes for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients
  • Strong familiarity with defense organizations and key stakeholders in the sector
  • Experience working with additional public sector entities (government / healthcare) - advantage
  • Active security clearance - advantage
