Integration & AI Architect

We are looking for a senior Integration, Automation & AI Architect to join a leading international enterprise organization.
This is a strategic and highly impactful role focused on leading enterprise integration and automation architecture end-to-end, working with the Workato platform, designing scalable iPaaS, API and Event-Driven solutions, and driving AI Automation initiatives in complex production environments.
The role includes defining architectural standards and best practices, leading integration and automation projects, identifying technical challenges and designing scalable solutions, while ensuring governance, security, auditability and operational stability across enterprise systems.
In addition, the position involves leading AI and Agentic AI initiatives, integrating AI models into organizational systems and workflows, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, management and global technology teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Integration Architecture or related domains
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise integration/iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or similar
- Proven experience designing and leading enterprise integrations across CRM, ERP, SaaS and internal systems
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, ETL/ELT, Event Streaming and API Security
- Experience leading technical teams, task management and architecture governance
- Experience leading AI / AI Automation projects in enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
Advantage:
- Experience with Agentic AI and LLM-based workflows
- Experience integrating AI models such as ChatGPT or Claude into enterprise systems
- Knowledge of AI Governance, Security and Compliance
- Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments
