Malam Team is looking for a highly driven Software Sales Team Manager to lead sales activities, manage strategic enterprise accounts, and drive business growth across Israel's leading organizations.
We are seeking a strong sales leader with a proven track record in software sales, capable of both managing a team and actively leading complex sales opportunities. The ideal candidate comes from software, integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure software, or related technology domains and has extensive experience working with strategic customers and software vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Own and drive the division's sales targets and business growth strategy.
- Manage strategic accounts across Enterprise, Financial Services, and High-Tech sectors.
- Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles and high-value opportunities.
- Build and execute annual sales plans and business development initiatives.
- Expand existing customer relationships and acquire new clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with software vendors and strategic partners in Israel and globally.
- Oversee contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel
Full-Time Position
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling software solutions to large enterprises – mandatory.
- Strong track record managing strategic accounts and long sales cycles – mandatory.
- Experience working with software vendors, technology partners, and channel ecosystems – mandatory.
- Experience operating within large enterprise environments – mandatory.
- Previous team management experience – a strong advantage. Senior sales professionals seeking their first leadership role are also encouraged to apply.
- Background in software, integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure software, or related technology fields – advantage.
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
