Malam Team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP BASIS Specialist to join our technology division, supporting core enterprise systems and leading complex infrastructure activities across high-profile projects.
About the Role: This role involves full responsibility for the maintenance, installation, performance tuning, and technical administration of diverse SAP environments. You will ensure maximum system availability, lead complex upgrades, and work closely with development, infrastructure, and DBA teams.
Location: Center / North.
Work Model: Hybrid.
Position Type: Full-time / Helf time.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Handling daily monitoring, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex SAP landscapes.
- Installations & Upgrades: Performing system copies, client copies, support package applications, and system upgrades.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with DBAs, Operating System administrators, network teams, and SAP developers to ensure seamless integration and security.
- Architecture & Optimization: Participating in the design and optimization of system architecture to support organizational growth.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP BASIS Specialist/Administrator – Must.
- Proven experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and system migrations – Must.
- Solid understanding of database administration (e.g., HANA, Oracle, MSSQL) and operating systems (Linux/Windows) within SAP environments.
- Personal Profile: Strong problem-solving skills, high responsibility, a strong team player, and the ability to work under tight schedules and during off-hours when needed.
Advantages (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge and experience with SAP Cloud Solutions / SAP BTP / Cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working in large-scale organizations (Enterprise) and complex environments.
- Familiarity or prior experience with large-scale national/governmental projects.
- Relevant SAP BASIS certifications.
