Malam Team is hiring a Development & Product Manager in Jerusalem!

What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a professional software development team
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle – from ideation and requirements gathering through development and implementation
- Define the product roadmap and lead the development of new features
- Collaborate closely with customers, business stakeholders, and senior management
- Drive innovation initiatives and implement advanced technologies
- Provide technical leadership and support for complex challenges across teams
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience managing software development teams
- 8+ years of experience developing information systems
- Hands-on development experience with C# and Angular
- Proven experience leading end-to-end technology projects
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, information security, cloud environments, and AI solutions
