AI now writes code faster than any team could before. The hard part has moved to verification and trust: can you trust what was generated, and is it secure? At Mend.io we make AI-speed engineering trustworthy for some of the largest enterprises in the world, and we are building the next version of the company to lead that category.
This is not a backlog-grooming role. We are looking for a PM who owns a bet end to end and runs it like a founder.
What you’ll own
A product bet from first idea to real usage by demanding enterprise customers
The business case behind it, covering both the technology and the go-to-market
Fast prototyping with AI to turn rough ideas into something people can react to
Clear kill criteria, and the honesty to act on them when the signal turns
Product direction and tight partnership with Engineering, who own execution
UX as part of the spec, not a finishing touch
A transparent roadmap with no surprises
What we’re looking for
5+ years as a PM, B2B experience. SaaS security products is a plus
Experience with large-scale, enterprise-grade platforms
Business-case thinking: you tie what you build to revenue and market position, not just features
You already use AI in your daily work and are curious about how it is reshaping how software gets built and secured
Excellent English communication skills across technicals, executives, and customers-facing audience
Sharp prioritization skills, the confidence to defend your decisions and the judgment to change course when the data calls for it.
Nice to have: a hands-on engineering or security background, and experience launching into a fast-moving market.
