Mobileye's Service Desk group provides advanced Linux and Windows computing services support to the company. In this role, you will support Petah Tikva, Ramat Gan and Tel Aviv sites directly (on-site) and remotely.
What your job will look like:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance on-site and remotely
- Onboarding new employees; equipment, laptop, software, and permissions
- Provisioning IT equipment to staff and maintaining inventory asset records
- Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues
- Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems, and Infosec teams with troubleshooting
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Follow-up and update ticket status and information to the customer
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by the manager
All you need is:
- At least 3 years proven experience as an IT technician or other IT support role
- Background and training certificate in the field of PC computing\Networking
- Good understanding of computer systems, Windows, iOS, hardware, mobile devices, and other tech products such as - Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & NAC.
- Minimum one year experience supporting Linux
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with IT Asset Management systems
- Experience with Conference room technologies, Teams, Zoom, Webex
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented
