Based in Jerusalem, you will be a part of a dedicated team that is responsible for end point hardware, inventory and conference rooms.
What your job will look like:
- Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues
- Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems and Infosec teams with troubleshooting
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers and multi-media conference rooms
- Provisioning IT equipment to staff and maintaining inventory asset records
- Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by the manager
All you need is:
- 5+ years proven experience as an IT technician or other support role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, video conference rooms and other tech products such as - Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & NAC.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Familiarity with IT Asset Management systems
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and service oriented
- Background and certification in Networking
