We are looking for an Order Management Coordinator to join our team!
This role supports the operational flow of Mobileye’s chip supply chain, coordinating ongoing orders and communication between customers, warehouses, and internal teams.


This position is temporary for ~9 months.

What will your job look like:

  • Collect requirements and schedules from internal and external customers, and update internal tracking tools.
  • Manage orders in the information systems and track them until full fulfillment.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers and provide operational support.
  • Perform data analysis related to orders and operations.
  • Generate reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Handle overdue invoices and payment issues, and coordinate with the Finance department.

All you need is:

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce and NetSuite – an advantage)
  • Very high level of English (written and spoken) – must.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
  • Relevant experience in order management, operations, or supply chain – an advantage.
  • Highly methodical with excellent organizational skills.
  • Responsible and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
