Mobileye's logistics department manages company's In-Direct warehouses. As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, kitting, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. The role includes hands-on operational management, cross-functional collaboration, implementation of safety and compliance standards, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
What your job will look like:
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and timely warehouse operations.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking/kitting, shipping, and inventory counting.
- Own inventory management, accuracy, and availability in alignment with business needs.
- Full responsibility for warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and overall maintenance.
- Define performance goals and operational KPIs aligned with company objectives, and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Lead the warehouse to meet annual work plans and operational targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish processes, including building new workflows from scratch.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Production, Finance, Engineering, IT, EHS, and Global Logistics team.
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and company policies.
All you need is:
- 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager – Must.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration or a relevant field – Must.
- Experience in a technological or high-tech environment – an advantage.
- Experience managing global warehouses and warehouses abroad – an advantage.
- Proven people management skills, including workload planning, goal setting, and prioritization.
- Hands-on experience with automated WMS, ERP systems (NetSuite - advantage).
- Willingness to work full-time including overtime according to needs.
- High level of English.
