About the Role
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Workday Configuration/Vendor Technology Senior Specialist. This role is responsible for assisting with the support of both Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Talent Management of our Company’s technology solutions, with a focus on Global Talent Acquisition vendors.
In this position, you will work closely with Process and Solutions leads within HR Technology, as well as the Global Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Operations Teams. You will support, assess, and manage new demand for business requests, identifying and recommending alternative solutions related to these functional areas. This will entail heavy configuration of the Workday application and the supporting vendor systems (e.g., Phenom People and Ajinga).
You will operate in a complex and matrixed environment, applying your HR functional and technical expertise to drive performance. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR team member with project or operational team experience working globally.
What you will do:
- Assist with the support of both Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Talent Management of our Company’s technology solutions, focusing on Global Talent Acquisition vendors.

- Engage in heavy configuration of the Workday application and the supporting vendor systems (e.g., Phenom People and Ajinga).
- Operate in a complex and matrixed environment, applying HR functional and technical expertise to drive performance.
What You Bring:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- High school diploma with 6+ years of experience in HR/HRIS/IT/Operations, or 4 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong ability to assess business needs and identify opportunities for HR/HRIS process improvements.
- Workday Global Talent Acquisition knowledge, including cross-functional understanding of Talent Management and related systems (e.g., HCM/Compensation).
- Proficiency in translating end-user requirements into technical functionality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience acting as a change agent and leading others through change.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively, resolving complex business problems.
- Strong communication skills to convey system capabilities and client needs.
- Project leadership experience in deadline-driven environments.
- High initiative, creativity, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of data privacy principles and practices.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Extensive Workday configuration experience in Global Talent Acquisition or Talent Management.
- Experience with Phenom People and AJINGA.
- Knowledge of Workday report writing and China PIPL laws.
- Familiarity with HiredScore and HR business process improvement.
- Core GTA and Talent Management process experience (e.g., Job Applications, Assessments, Performance Cycle).
