In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic commercial sales team focused on our cutting-edge technology portfolio, driving strategic growth and market expansion across the EURAM region. You will be a key player in shaping the future of aquaculture solutions, fostering collaboration, and delivering value to key accounts.

What You’ll Own:
- Lead and inspire the Technology Portfolio Team, championing a one-team, inclusive culture
- Drive strategic commercial focus to increase wallet share and expand market presence
- Manage Key Account Management (KAM) initiatives across Conservation, Land-Based, and Production Aquaculture sectors
- Own sales goals for the technology portfolio and actively participate in EURAM Aqua leadership decisions
- Shape pricing strategies and product group management (PGM) to maximise business impact
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, and industry organisations
- Represent our company at major industry seminars and events
- Collaborate across EURAM Aqua teams to promote integrated solutions for customers
- Lead coaching and development of your team to become high-performance leaders
- Partner with global marketing, R&D, and corporate teams to align strategy and resources
- Drive contractual discussions and governance for corporate accounts ensuring sustainable partnerships
- Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities and contribute to strategic planning
What You Bring:
- Solid experience leading sales and key account management teams in complex, matrix environments
- Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
- Deep understanding of corporate accounts, aquaculture industry trends, and strategic account management
- Proven experience managing P&L and delivering customer value propositions
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer focus
- Agile project management and value-based negotiation skills
- Strong social intelligence, problem-solving, and network-building capabilities
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
