Position overview:
Our Sales Team Leader inspires, supports and leads group of colleagues interacting face to face with our customers. She/he strives to understand the customers’ needs and coordinates omnichannel efforts across defined geo area to support and grow our customer centric business model. The Sales Team Leader is based in the field within his/her defined territory and reports to the relevant Franchise Lead.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading the sales team in a respective territory
Fostering psychologically safe environment whilst not compromising on performance
Orchestrating omnichannel effort across entire territory in close cooperation with Marketing and Medical functions
Ensuring marketing strategy is going properly implemented across all supervised territories
Developing and implementing territory activity plans to ensure achieving goals, regularly revising activities against achievement and market conditions
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with local OLs
Contributing to marketing and planning processes
Ensuring the team activities are properly tracked in the CRM system to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Regularly analyzing CRM data to support omnichannel planning, liaising with the Digital team to ensure data-driven decision making
Maintaining top level of product knowledge and ensure the supervised team does so, as well as a broader understanding of market.
Ensuring effective communication across sales, marketing and all other relevant teams
Ensure highest level of integrity in the territory
