THE OPPORTUNITY
Position Objective 主要目的
Market Access Manager will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategy and plan for both in-line and launched-to-be products. This role will work with cross-functional team with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Policy, Market Research, and Regional Market Access to optimize patient access to our products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責
Develop and execute market access strategies to influence and accelerate favorable pricing and reimbursement decisions for key brands and new launch products.
Work independently on NHI price application dossier completion including but not limit to BIA, HEOR, value messages and stakeholder engagement, by collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.
Conduct DET and IRP analysis to develop best pricing strategies to maximize the business opportunities.
Work with Policy to shape conducive pricing policy environment by demonstrating value of innovation, such as scientific data, RWD and health economics study, as well as international practices etc.
Equip with profound knowledge of NHI pricing policy and global budget system. Conduct stakeholders mapping and engage stakeholders by value propositions to sustain the partnership.
Work with Medical and HEOR team to develop health economics study by aligning with access needs. This include identifying and engage with investigators, define parameters with Medical and HEOR team, verify health economics model and input local data, develop manuscript and support study publication, etc.
Support New Product Planning activities prior to 24 months of the new product launch, including competitive landscape analysis, regular NPP dashboard inputs, long-term business forecast, early stakeholder engagement, shape positive policy environment and define access strategies, etc.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Qualifications
Strong Knowledge on NHI pricing policy and global budget system.
Competency in analyzing, developing and implementing strategies and plans
Strong interpersonal communication skills/ project management skills/ good command of English in writing and presenting and learning agility.
Good problem-solving skills and leadership in cross-functional project
Excel and statistics expertise to handle health economics and data analysis.
Education
University degree majoring in Pharmacy, Science or related fields preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years market access or HEOR, or at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry is required, with new product planning experience is a plus
