Nayax Lithuania EMI is now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen its finance team, full-time.
As an Accounts Receivables Specialist you will perform daily AR reconciliation of clients’ accounts, and ensure receivables and payables align with client agreements and acquirer contracts. You will ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently match and reconcile transactions with precision and attention to small details.
- Record and process incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to customer accounts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Monitor and manage credit limits and payment terms to minimize risk and ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes to ensure accurate matching
- Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in transactional data
- Work closely with data sources to validate and verify transactional information
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of matched transactions
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold data integrity standards
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Utilize Excel functions and formulas to streamline transaction matching processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest improvements to existing automated processes and advise on new processes to optimize transaction matching.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- Previous experience in Accounting – a must
- Previous experience in transactional matching or reconciliation roles
- Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepancies
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Team player, with a can-do approach and the ability to drive optimization-oriented changes.
