Nayax Lithuania EMI is now looking for an experienced Finance Regulatory Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen its team, full-time.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Regulatory Specialist to oversee the accuracy and integrity of our billing and finance systems and processes. This role is critical for verifying the correctness of all transactions related to Company’s customer billing and payments, analyzing discrepancies, presenting their resolution timelines, and maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor billing and finance teams operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (regulatory requirements)
- Monitor and analyze the incoming and outgoing payments to customers, ensuring they align with clients contracts, billing data and banks statements
- Monitor and prepare the reports related to the Company’s capital adequacy ensuring thresholds are maintained
- Analyze the Company’s and Nayax Ltd. existing systems and tools used by the finance and billing teams to strengthen control and accuracy of the finance, billing and other related data (including different Company’s lines of business data)
- Analyze non-standard payments, account activities and other customer behavior to develop or enhance control rules and implement additional solutions
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in billing and payment records
- Collaborate with billing, finance, and customer service teams to address and correct discrepancies found
- Support in creation and maintenance of control reports and rules to track billing accuracy
- Analyze current billing system, daily billing systems and processes and recommend improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Experience in billing, finance, or accounting roles, or financial operations
- Knowledge of EMI regulations and relevant laws is an advantage
- Experience in working with Bank of Lithuania reporting
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and automation
- Proficiency in working with large data sets and BI tools is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
