We are looking for a Reconciliation Operations Analyst to join our team!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently match and reconcile transactions with precision and attention to small details.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes to ensure accurate matching.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in transactional data.
- Work closely with data sources to validate and verify transactional information.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of matched transactions.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold data integrity standards.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Utilize Excel functions and formulas to streamline transaction matching processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest improvements to existing automated processes and advise on new processes to optimize transaction matching.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting- Must
- 5+ years of previous experience in transactional matching or reconciliation roles.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Team player, with a can-do approach and the ability to drive optimization-oriented changes.
