We are currently looking for an Office Admin to join our team and play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our employees and guests, while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
The Office Admin will report directly to the Office & HR Operations Manager
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of Nayax, greeting visitors, candidates, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, suppliers, and external partners on all office-related matters.
- Manage daily office operations including supplies, food and beverages, parking, and facility coordination.
- Support the execution of welfare and well-being activities such as team-building events, happy hours, celebrations, and holidays.
- Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and pleasant employee experience.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- A proactive, service-oriented team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong interpersonal skills and good business judgment to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Availability to work evening shifts (11:00–20:00)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Familiarity with Photoshop and/or Canva.
