Nayax is looking for a driven and business-minded Commercial Growth Partner to join the Global Sales Department.

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this role acts as a key partner to business entities and Lines of Business (LOBs), helping accelerate growth, unlock revenue opportunities, and remove execution bottlenecks.

The Commercial Growth Partner will work closely with regional teams, product lines, and cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial initiatives, enable growth, and ensure that key priorities move forward effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a trusted partner to assigned LOBs and business entities, deeply understanding their growth challenges and helping identify solutions that drive revenue.
  • Identify and help resolve commercial and operational bottlenecks that slow down execution or limit business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal functions — including Finance, Product, Marketing, and Regional Sales — to align priorities and support business growth.
  • Support the Chief of Staff in tracking and advancing key initiatives and cross-functional projects across the department.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates for the sales leadership team.
  • Monitor and maintain KPI dashboards, surfacing insights and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate between sales teams and internal partners to ensure clear communication and progress on key initiatives.
  • Research market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to support commercial growth initiatives.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different business units or LOBs - Must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles, business development, sales enablement, or a similar cross-functional capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for enabling business growth.
