Ness Technologies is looking for an experienced Automation Team Leader to join our team and lead exciting projects in the world of Web & Mobile testing.
Full-time position based in Lod.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor a team of talented automation engineers.
- Drive automation projects from concept to delivery.
- Develop advanced automation infrastructures for Web and Mobile testing.
- Work with the latest tools and technologies to deliver innovative testing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation development with Playwright and/or Selenium in TypeScript for Web.
- 2+ years of experience in automation development with Appium for Mobile.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development/automation teams.
- Strong background with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Solid experience working with Git.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and Agile processes.
