NESS FORCE, the security sector activity, is looking for a Product Manager & Systems Analyst.
Full-time, hybrid role in Be’er Sheva.
The role includes:
- Formulating and implementing a long-term product strategy.
- Working with diverse users, with the ability to understand complex needs and dive into details.
- Defining MVP, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into precise features.
- Writing detailed technical and business specifications, including defining development tasks.
- Planning data structures.
- Ongoing work with SQL for data-driven decision-making.
- Managing the roadmap and tracking execution.
- Close collaboration with development, QA, and UX/UI design teams.
Requirements:
- Technological degree — MUST.
- 2+ years of experience in writing technical and business specification documents — MUST.
- Full command of SQL, including data structure design and query analysis — MUST.
- Experience in defining MVP and translating requirements into business processes —MUST.
- Experience in UX/UI and making complex processes accessible — MUST.
