Ness is seeking an experienced Project Manager & System Analyst to lead and drive AI and strategic data projects from the requirements definition phase through implementation.

Location: Hybrid position in Bnei Brak or Be’er Sheva.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end projects and processes in the fields of Data and AI, from initial analysis and planning to full implementation.
• Analyze business needs with stakeholders and define tailored technological solutions.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality functional and technical specifications.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures at a high technical level, including data validation, analysis, and quality checks.
• Coordinate and manage interfaces with development teams, BI analysts, and DevOps.
• Plan project timelines, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst and Project Manager in technological environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including writing complex stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience working with data.
• Strong analytical skills, broad business understanding, and end-to-end process orientation.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders and business units, including requirements management and prioritization.
• Experience in user needs analysis and functional/technical specification writing.
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills.
