NESS FORCE, the Defense Division, is looking for a System Test Lead.
The role includes managing testing processes for projects and systems, writing test specification documents, setting up and leading tests, and working closely with development teams, among other tasks.
Full-time position, located in Central Israel.
Job Requirements:
- Academic degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a certified Electrical and Electronics Technician – mandatory.
- At least three years of experience in software testing – mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing testing processes in projects or complex systems – mandatory.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with testing equipment (RF / scope) – mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics – mandatory.
- Experience in writing Software Test Plans (STP) – mandatory.
The position requires security clearance – willingness to undergo a security clearance process is required!
