This position is responsible not only for project execution but also for the management of multidisciplinary teams, resource allocation, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define and communicate clear project goals, success criteria and milestones.
- Prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and risk assessment.
People and Team Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Supervise, mentor, and support project managers, engineers, and coordinators within the unit.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career development within the team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Execution Oversight
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Manage the allocation of human and technical resources to optimize team efficiency and output.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, risks, and stakeholder concerns promptly.
Stakeholder and Client Engagement
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate high-level communication and reporting to executive leadership and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Operational Excellence
- Implement and uphold project management standards, processes, and tools across the unit.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of organizational project delivery frameworks.
- Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, and quality assurance in collaboration with relevant departments.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and overseeing complex projects value - min $5marownd the world
- Experience in construction / agriculture or similar industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Proven experience managing project budgets, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
