We are looking for a passionate Mobile Tech Lead to take the lead in building the next generation of mobile applications in the heart of Netafim's Digital Farming division.
You’ll be joining a team on a mission to transform agriculture through technology, leading the charge in building scalable, elegant, and impactful solutions that serve farmers across the globe.

Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of Flutter mobile applications
· Own mobile architecture, performance, scalability, and code quality
· Design and maintain BFF services for mobile use cases in close collaboration with backend team
· Own and drive mobile technical decisions, setting architectural direction and quality standards across the mobile domain
· Define and evolve mobile engineering best practices, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health
· Translating product requirements into end-to-end mobile solutions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technically lead mobile development
Requirements
Technical Skills:
· Proven, multi-year experience leading production-grade Flutter applications, including architectural ownership and long-term maintenance - Must
· Strong Dart proficiency - Must
· Strong experience with state management patterns in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc, or equivalent architectural approaches - Must
· REST APIs and real-time communication (SignalR / WebSockets) - Must
· Mobile architecture - MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc. - Must
· iOS & Android fundamentals - Must
· BFF/API design experience - Must
· .NET backend experience - Advantage
· BLE, offline-first, or IoT experience - Advantage
· Firebase or Azure exposure – Advantage
Soft Skills:
· Strong technical and personal leadership and mentoring capabilities
· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Comfortable in a fast-moving, global team environment
