NeuReality is a dynamic startup at the forefront of AI Acceleration Technology. NeuReality’s innovation allows customers to easily scale their AI usage while significantly cutting costs, lowering energy consumption and shrinking the data center footprint.

NeuReality is seeking a Director of Product Marketing with experience supporting the development and design of semiconductor products for AI. As a product leader, you will lead product definition and vision. You will lead outbound product marketing initiatives by crafting compelling messaging and positioning and enabling sales with clear value propositions. You’ll engage closely with customers, partners, and the broader market to identify trends, validate product-market fit, and uncover new opportunities. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you’ll translate technical capabilities into market-ready narratives that resonate with enterprise and cloud customers. You’ll also work directly with company leadership to shape the strategic vision and communicate NeuReality’s differentiated value to the world.

Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements according to market segments, customers' needs, and industry trends and innovations
  • Built close relationships with lead customers and managed product engagement and support
  • Assist with the Go-to-market strategy and launch plan with a clear market assessment, competitive analysis, and positioning of products
  • Develop compelling sales material that clearly promotes product value and differentiation, and work closely with sales and customers to secure new business opportunities and close design wins.
  • Initiate, lead, and support end-to-end product-related content, campaigns, programs, promotions, go-to-market plans, and other activities
  • Maximize Business Impact through continuous market assessment. Refine product, when needed, based on new learnings and as an advocate for the customer
  • Plan, manage, and execute the company’s presence at industry conferences and events, including messaging, booth strategy, speaking opportunities, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree or advanced degree from a reputable university.
  • 7+ years’ experience working in product management, or relevant customer facing functions in semiconductor companies
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across senior leadership teams at both NeuReality and the Customers
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to summarize complex data and produce a compelling, yet simple narrative
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate product features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Strategic thinker and result-driven individual with strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills, through project planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Passionate, driven, and execution oriented – a must!
