Description
At NeuReality, we’re redefining AI deployment with a purpose-built inference platform that unifies silicon, system software, and orchestration—enabling unmatched efficiency, performance, and scale for AI inference.
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Sales Director to build pipeline, close strategic deals, and drive adoption of our AI inference platform across AI-native companies, SaaS providers, and infrastructure players.
This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to sell complex, technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the full SaaS sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to closing strategic enterprise deals
- Build pipeline from the ground up through outbound, partnerships, and ecosystem relationships
- Engage AI-native companies, SaaS platforms, NeoClouds, hyperscalers, and enterprise AI teams
- Lead deep discovery conversations to understand infrastructure challenges and business drivers
- Position NeuReality’s platform in complex technical environments, clearly articulating ROI and business impact
- Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations in collaboration with Product & Engineering
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
- Provide customer feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy
- Represent NeuReality in customer meetings, executive engagements, and industry events
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in AI infrastructure, cloud, or deep-tech SaaS
- Proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business
- Experience selling into AI/ML teams, SaaS companies, or infrastructure buyers
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Technical fluency in AI inference, GPUs/XPUs, or cloud-native architectures
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value (cost, performance, ROI)
- Hands-on, self-starter mindset with proven success in sales within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Advantages
- Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, or inference platforms
- Background in companies such as CoreWeave, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Run:ai, Cast AI, Lambda, Together AI, Baseten, Replicate
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDICC / MEDDPICC / Command of the Message)
- Existing network across the AI infrastructure ecosystem (Israel and globally)
- Experience selling early-stage or category-defining products
