Role Description
What we are looking for:
Nova’s ERP Team is seeking a Finance ERP System Implementer to lead the Finance domain in our next-generation ERP implementation, as part of transition from Priority ERP to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge IT and business finance functions, ensuring that Nova’s Finance processes are translated into scalable, optimized ERP solutions that support our global operations. You will work closely with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the system meets business requirements and delivers measurable value.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for Oracle Cloud Finance modules
- Partner with Finance teams to understand business processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
- Lead configuration, testing, user training, and post–go-live support for Finance modules
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve system performance and user satisfaction
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during the implementation phase
- Coordinate with Oracle support and manage Service Requests (SRs) for timely issue resolution
- Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly releases and drive adoption of relevant new Finance features
Requirements
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in industrial engineering with information systems as a major
- CPA – an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in the FIN domain as a system analyst / SME / business analyst
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP system (EBS/Cloud) implementation. Cloud an advantage
- Previous experience in ERP consultant companies - an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Priority system – an advantage
- Experience with Global companies- an advantage
- Strong communicator with both business users and technical project staff
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
