As part of the Global Market Access & Value organization, this role supports the development and execution of global pricing and market access strategies across Novocure’s oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Global Market Access & Pricing Director, you will contribute to shaping how innovative therapies are positioned, valued, and accessed across healthcare systems worldwide.

This is a highly collaborative and analytical role suited for someone who enjoys working across global and regional teams to translate complex pricing, reimbursement, and market data into actionable business insights. You will partner closely with colleagues across Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and regional market access teams to help optimize patient access while supporting sustainable business performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the development and refinement of global value materials, including value dossiers, payer value stories, and objection handlers in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to the development and execution of global pricing and market access strategies across indications, ensuring alignment with business and access objectives
  • Leverage pricing and contract data to generate actionable insights that support pricing strategies, negotiations, and overall business performance
  • Assess and optimize pricing models, discount structures, and contracting approaches based on market dynamics and performance analysis
  • Participate in global and local market access discussions, promoting consistency of approach and sharing of best practices across regions
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner across Global Market Access & Value, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and regional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Lead or support the implementation and monitoring of pricing agreements and contracts across markets, ensuring accurate execution in systems such as SAP and alignment with approved terms
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing and market access processes, tools, and best practices across the organization

ABOUT YOU

Minimum Requirement:

  • Degree in pharmacy or another healthcare or medical field, complemented by a Master’s degree from a business school or a specialized Master’s in market access or health economics
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, market access, health economics, or related functions within the pharmaceutical, medtech, or broader healthcare industry
  • Experience working in global or regional roles with exposure to multiple healthcare systems and payer environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English

These additional qualifications are preferred:

  • Exposure to oncology
  • Experience in pricing strategy, market access support, or payer engagement
  • Familiarity with pricing systems such as SAP and contract management processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global matrix environment
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and attention to detail
  • Additional language skills
