Project Management Officer, SPE

NVIDIA is looking for a PMO for SPE team (system product engineering), responsible for maintaining project management. The PMO will coordinate between engineers and managers to improve projects efficiently and delivering, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. NVIDIA is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer best-in-class solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables, and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability. What you'll be doing:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Monitor project performance, and report on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Support resource planning and allocation across projects.
- Provide training and mentoring to project managers and team members.
- Conduct post-project reviews and promote continuous improvement.
What we need to see:
- 4 + years of proven experience in project management or within a PMO function.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Having experience in HW company
- Experience in customer facing roles.
