Senior Technical Program Manager, Co-packaged Optics

Do you want to take part in accelerating the networking solution across NVIDIA's product portfolio? We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the definition and execution of multidisciplinary CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) technology programs. We want you to partner with internal development, test, and production teams, lead subcontractors and vendors to deliver groundbreaking co-packaged optics solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a multi-functional team that defines, develop, validate and deploy multiple production platforms
- Work with NVIDIA partners to deploy HW/SW platforms at multiple sites and resolve issues in collaboration with the development teams
- Report program status to senior management, identify critical-path and bottle-necks, define, and lead execution to ensure delivery on scope/schedule/budget
- Lead multi-functional task forces to resolve ad-hoc issues locally and at remote sites
- Develop, implement and utilize methodologies and project management processes to accelerate decision making
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 3+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of track-record of product delivery (Consumer electronics or other)
- Experience in working and motivating multi-functional teams and partners worldwide
- Execution oriented with excellent social skills and human interface
- Organized and able to ensure coherent decisions
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Proven ability in team management or project leadership
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Background in HW/SW/Optical test platforms/systems development
- Experience in ramping volume production, Semiconductor/optical communication industry
- knowledge in Optical device testing, in High-speed electrical testing
