Senior Release Manager
NVIDIA
The TDE Program & Software Release Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of Test Design Engineering programs and managing the delivery of external software releases to NVIDIA internal and external customers. This role combines structured program planning (Gantt ownership and multi-team alignment) with hands-on release governance, ensuring delivery is synchronized across development and validation teams while meeting stringent legal, security, and compliance requirements.
What you'll be doing:
Program Management: Own program planning and execution across hardware validation, test development, and software tool teams.
Build and maintain Gantt-based project plans, aligning milestones and dependencies across design, software, and test workstreams.
Work closely with software and test team managers, driving execution toward convergence of their plans and committed deliverables.
Track progress, risks, and mitigation actions; escalate blockers to ensure predictable delivery and provide regular visibility through dashboards, timeline reports, and executive reviews.
Software Release Management: Lead the end-to-end software release lifecycle for external test software/tools: planning, build, validation, deployment, and post-release feedback loop.
Define release scope, quality criteria, timelines, and approvals in alignment with TDE technical leads.
Enforce release discipline: documentation, version control, build tagging, release notes, and handoff to support teams.
Legal, Security & Compliance: Track and manage all legal, security, and compliance requirements associated with customer-facing releases: SBOM, CVE, and penetration scans, Open-source license compliance, export control, vendor/legal reviews, Customer contractual deliverables (EULA, data/privacy, certification documents)
